Team Lead – Core Services
Henninger Media Services, the market-leading post-production company in the D.C. area, is seeking a highly qualified professional to manage its Core Services department. These services include tape & file conversions; file transfers & digitization; duplication; tape & file inputs/outputs; compressions; digital media distribution; and quality control. This person will be responsible for implementing and managing technical workflow within the core, as well as between the core and our post-production suites. They will act as the liaison between the Core Services department, project management, operations, and engineering. They will be responsible for the efficient, accurate, and timely delivery of client projects within the Core Services department. Qualified candidates should be highly technical in the field of post production, have a strong understanding of all tape and file formats, and have at least three years of Core Services and/or supervisory experience. In addition, a background in editing, engineering, and duplication is preferred.
