Assistant Project Managers
Full-time temporary opportunities. Assistant Project Managers will support the Project Management department by providing assistance and creative resolution towards the scheduling and completion of projects and ensuring that talent, personnel, and suites are available on time. This person will update and bill paperwork, cover the front reception desk, provide coverage in shipping and receiving, and maintain and monitor the tape and film library. Ideal candidates should be bright and energetic and must have a high school diploma or equivalent (college degree in a related field is preferred). Also required is a team-oriented and personable attitude, the ability to multi-task and handle deadlines, strong communication skills, a proactive work ethic, demonstrated history of reliability and flexibility, and the ability to work flexible hours, including a potential evening shift.

Senior Project Manager
Full-time, temp to hire opportunity. The Senior Project Manager will serve as a primary client contact for a media post-production company. This person will schedule and monitor all client sessions, stay current on all projects and technologies, and keep a focus on their client’s priorities from the bid process to the completion of the project. The Senior Project Manager will manage all aspects of a project in order to achieve the client’s objectives, from the initial bid to the final billing. This position reviews the client’s entire post production project and delivery needs; determines and schedules what is needed in the way of operator expertise, equipment, and suite time; prepares work orders for client sessions; and manages the project while it’s in-house. Candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills, ability to multi-task and handle deadlines, and provide exceptional client service. Ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, and demonstrate a high degree of professionalism at all times. Candidate should possess a minimum five years of project management experience and Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
